Korsholm Music Festival 28.7-5.8.2020

Korsholm Music Festival 2020 will be a bit different this year, because are livestreaming our concerts. Some concerts might be held in front of an live audience from 1st of August, but only if the recommendations allow so. We are following the governments restrictions about the Corona virus. The health of both the audience and musicians are first priority to us.

Korsholm Music Festival will, according to our Artistic Director Cecilia Zilliacus, still offer concerts and culture to our audience and musicians in this uncommon situation. Korsholm Music Festival will live stream concerts for free to every home, to service centers and other facilities. This will be our contribution during this pandemic, to create cultural and musical experiences for our audience this summer 2020.

The first concert will be held in Vaasa City Church on the 28.7. in cooperation with the congregations of Vaasa. The second concert will be livestreamed from Vaasa City Hall 29.7. together with Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra. The programme and artists will be published on our website. We will keep you updated on our homepage and social medias. We are also keeping the right to make necessary programme changes if the situation during this summer so demands.
