Coronavirus infection at Variskan koulu. A total of 19 people have been potentially exposed to the virus

The staff of Variskan koulu, the pupils quarantined and the guardians of the pupils of the whole school have been informed about the situation. The quarantine affects a total of 15 pupils and 4 adults.
– Work to identify potential exposure was initiated as soon as information on the infection became available. All those exposed have been traced and quarantined. The teaching of quarantined students is handled as distance learning, says school director Kari Nummela.
