Join us for a outdoor class that brings together Afro-inspired music, the rhythms of Afro dance and energetic Buti Yoga!
During the class, we’ll move to upbeat music, enjoy the rhythm and let the body wake up through movement. The class includes both Afro dance and Buti Yoga – sometimes separately, sometimes combined. It’s a fun, sweaty and energising experience, perfect for anyone looking for relaxed movement and good vibes.
No previous experience in Afro dance or yoga is needed. You can join exactly as you are!
