Online beginner Finnish course. Start from zero and progress to level A1.2 with teacher support.
Start learning Finnish from the very beginning. This intensive online course covers pronunciation, vocabulary, verb groups, word types, the partitive and the genitive, with practice in everyday conversations. It is for adults who have not studied Finnish before and independent beginners who need teacher support. The goal is zero to A1.2. Course book: Suomen mestari 1, revised edition, chapters 1–5. Zoom classes run 1 February–31 March 2027 on Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:30–13:00. No class on 29 March; the replacement lesson is Tuesday 30 March, 11:30–13:00. Registration closes 25 January 2027. Fee: €135.
