The exhibition Anatomy of Blushing explores the human body and sexuality in a direct and unapologetic way. The works may surprise, unsettle or even make you laugh – and blushing is perfectly allowed!

Curated by Veikko Halmetoja, the exhibition brings together five contemporary artists: Panos Balomenos, Kalle Hamm, Anni Kinnunen, Hannu Riikonen and Sirkku Rosi. The exhibition is complemented by works selected from the ITE art collection of the Maaseudun Sivistysliitto, deposited with the K.H. Renlund Museum.

Paintings, photographs and sculptures come together to form an exhibition in which human experiences and the body take on many different forms.
