Free children's skating school at Vaasa Ice Hall during the autumn break
Welcome to Hippo Skating School!
Hippo Skating School is part of OP Pohjola’s Hippo Sports School concept, which aims to provide children with an easy and accessible opportunity to try different sports and enjoy being active. Through Hippo Sports Schools, children can explore new activities free of charge and experience the joy of movement.
Hippo Sports Schools are organized in cooperation with OP Pohjola, six national sports federations, local sports clubs, and cooperative banks. Every year, tens of thousands of children across Finland take part in Hippo Sports Schools.
All Hippo Sports School participants are covered by accident insurance provided by Pohjola Insurance.
In Vaasa, Hippo Skating School is organized in cooperation between Wasa Team Skaters and the Vaasa Skating Club.
