Cashier Services
Invoices from the City of Vaasa can be paid at Citizen Service Points in cash or by using the most common debit and credit cards without a service charge.
To pay invoices from Vaasa-opisto and Vasa Arbis (Kansalaisopisto Alma) the Citizen Service Points also accept:
- SmartumPay (Choose Vaasan kansalaisopisto Alma as location. Payment must be made at Citizen Service Points.)
- Smartum-vouchers (recreation and culture)
- Edenred-card (recreation and culture)
- Tyky and Tyky+ vouchers (recreation and culture)
- ePassi
Please note: You can come and pay your invoice only after you have received the invoice.
Excercise card of the City of Vaasa Leisure Department (Liikuntapalvelut) can be paid with:
