Purpose of processing personal data
Personal data collected in the ‘Share your happiness act’ campaign will be processed for the following purposes: to contact participants and to enter the prize draw.

Participants in the campaign: name and email address.
The main systems used: Microsoft 365, Webropol.

Ground for processing
Agreement
An agreement is formed when an individual takes part in the campaign by sharing their own happiness act.
Consent
Providing personal data is voluntary. However, to enter the prize draw, participants must provide their contact details. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. The right to withdraw consent does not apply to the retention of data required by law.

Data storage periods
Storage is carried out in accordance with the City of Vaasa’s data management plan. The information will be retained for the duration of the campaign and any subsequent contact, from 31 December 2025 to 27 February 2026.
