Villa Äspskär is located about a 20-minute drive from Vaasa. The villa is especially suited for companies and larger groups for both accommodation and recreation. It offers beautiful sea views, allowing guests to relax close to nature. There are four bedrooms with a total of 12 beds (an additional 2–4 beds can be arranged if needed).
The modern and well-equipped kitchen is suitable for the dining needs of even larger groups. Meals and coffee services can also be arranged at the villa.
The main building of Villa Äspskär features 2 toilets, shower facilities, and a sauna with a sea view. From the terrace, stairs lead down to the pier for swimming, and a large hot tub is located next to the terrace.

Lovely villa property located in the Kvarken World Heritage Archipelago, approximately 40 km from the center of Vaasa. Accessible by road, equipped with electricity and water.
Spacious and well-equipped cottage with sleeping arrangements for 7 people in the main building. On the lower floor, there’s an open kitchen (fully equipped with a dishwasher) and a bedroom for 2. On the upper floor, there’s a double bed and a bunk bed. The sauna building also provides sleeping space for 1-2 people.
If you need more sleeping space, there’s a small cabin available for rent on the same plot. It features an open layout with a mini-kitchen, stove, sofa, and double bed!
