The spring exhibition Tulevaisuus ‘Future’, showcasing artwork by students from TaiKon

The exhibition at the library features over 400 works by students of visual arts, crafts, and media arts. In addition, the Teema corridor on the library’s second floor is hosting an exhibition of final projects by visual arts and crafts students aged 16 to 19.

TaiKon’s overarching theme for the past year has been the future which also inspired the title of the spring exhibition. In their works, the students explore the future from a range of perspectives. What might the world, our environment and the animal kingdom look like in the distant future?
