VILLE RÄTY: MY SHADOW

Ville Räty’s solo exhibition My Shadow presents new paintings in which the artist explores layers of the mind, the unconscious, and Jung’s ideas of the shadow, the ego, and individuation. Through an intuitive creative process, symbolic works reveal inner imagery that reflects themes of transience, incompleteness, and a longing for change. The exhibition depicts a personal journey toward self-understanding and the acceptance of the shadow, supporting growth and inner clarity. My Shadow has previously been shown in Helsinki and Turku and is now presented for the first time in Vaasa at Maker’s Gallery.
