The Alma Adult Education Centre’s facilities can be rented for lectures, seminars, meetings, and other events. There is café space available at both locations, both at the Raastuvankatu and Kirkkopuistikko addresses. The association Vaasan työväenopiston opiskelijat r.f. runs the café at Raastuvankatu.

Ritz can be rented by organizers for public and private events. The venue has three floors consisting of a wardrobe lobby, a café, an auditorium and an upstairs foajé. The auditorium has 313 seats in two levels.There is a stair lift for wheelchairs along the main stairs. There is extensive technical equipment for concerts as well as lectures and seminars available at the venue.
