The distinguished Wärtsilä hall is an excellent venue for various business or private events and it is suitable at maximum for 200 people. The modern sauna and the cozy cabinet with a fireplace are excellent for both business and leisure use and will hold around 15-20 persons.

At the quay of Kalaranta you will find us along with the most spectacular view in Vaasa. Faros Restaurant is an old lightship that came to Vaasa in 1989 and has ever since worked as a restaurant. The sunniest terrace of Vaasa is at Faros. With a wonderful panoramic view you can enjoy the summer at its best. We have space for about 300 people. Here you can enjoy both food and drinks. Faros Restaurant Ship expanded the summer of 2018 and a new restaurant, FYR was built in connection to the terrace. FYR has a beautiful and fresh interior. High windows from floor to ceiling give the customers a wonderful panoramic view of the sea.

Havtornen is an old elevator tower that has been renovated in 2007. Today it’s used by Åbo Akademi students, but it can also be hired for meetings. Besides a meeting room, the facilites include sauna and a lounge with beautiful view to the archipelago.

Book Lé Picco and MerSea Club for your event.
The large party hall in Lé Picco holds 150 people but can be divided into three different sections. In the main building there is also an auditorium for 60 people, as well as rooms for smaller group meetings. A newly built terrace adjacent to the main hall offers a nice sea view and sunset.
In the MerSea Club next to the beach there are two sauna sections with 15 + 6 person saunas and separate bathrooms and changing rooms.
A kitchen room with a table for 20 people and a pool table as well as accommodation for 10 people offers a cozy whole and direct access to the sandy beach and sun terrace.
Catering and service for both establishments is handled by the catering companies and you can bring your own drinks or ordered separately. A large kitchen is available in the main building and a smaller kitchen in the sauna department for catering and serving.
The area is perfect for various activities, recreation with sea bathing, playgrounds, outdoor barbecue area and terraces, etc. A pagoda tent can also be booked for outdoor parties or weddings
In the building there is also a new gym, a playroom for children and the possibility of PT services and nutritional advice etc.

Strand-Mölle is a restaurant located by the sea in the small village Molpe, around 40 km south of Vaasa.
At Strand-Mölle, we are happy to arrange large dinners, parties, caterings, and sauna evenings for both companies and private events. At our disposal, there is a spacious cabinet and a beach sauna just a few steps away from the restaurant. We also cooperate with the companies Polkuped Kajak and West Coast Rib Charter, and through them we offer kayak rentals and cruises in the archipelago if desired.
THE CABINET – Our cabinet has a beautiful panoramic view of the sea in Molpe and it can accommodate around 50 people in total. The cabinet is excellent for both meetings and parties, and meeting equipment is of course available if needed.
THE BEACH SAUNA – The beach sauna can accommodate around 15-20 people and can be rented by groups for meetings or sauna evenings. Reservations are made by email at westcoastribcharter@gmail.com or by phone: +358-503672037.
At our restaurant, you can enjoy locally produced food made with the finest ingredients. We serve lunch, pizza, and à la carte. The facilities of the University of Vaasa are located in a beautiful campus area by the sea. The University offers excellent facilities for congresses, seminars and meetings. We have regular-sized classrooms, medium-sized seminar facilities and big auditoria, including the Auditorium Levón, which seats 500 people and has possibilities for simultaneous interpretation.
