The house SingSing is located in Vasklot, just before the harbor and 3 kilometers from the center of Vaasa. The house has a large room for rent for parties, meetings and events. The room is furnished with tables, chairs, sofa groups and piano.
There is room for 50 people and you can rent the room from 6-24 hours.

Spacehub is a modern workplace and meeting place designed for remote and live meetings. Spacehub is located on the 1st floor of Rewell opposite Specsavers. The space can be booked from 15 minutes to the whole day.

The Beach sauna Stormlyktan is located on the seashore near the restaurant Strand-Mölle in the community of Korsnäs. The facilities are excellent for meetings for groups under 20 people. Restaurant services can be ordered from restaurant Strand-Mölle.

Vaasa Market Square is located in the absolute center of Vaasa, between the shopping centers Rewell and Espen and the office buildings Hartman’s house and Sampo house. On the square is the Statue of Liberty of Finland, which was unveiled in 1938. Under the square there is a car park, Vaasa Toriparkki, with space for over 800 cars. The square car park has entrances from Kauppapuistikko in both the north and the south.

The pavilion belonging to Vaasa Merenkyntäjät is located on the shore front of Vaskiluoto near to Vaasa. The pavilion can be rented form April onwards for a variety of occasions such as private functions, business or personnel functions as well as training or family occasions such as wedding receptions, which are booked for most weekends during the summer months.
The main reception room will hold 100 guests. The spacious kitchen area is equipped with a large restaurant stove, microwave oven, large coffee machine, refrigerated pantry, freezer and dish washing machine. The restaurant area is divided into two parts both of which are heated.
The restaurant has a bar and large cold storage ice box.
Next to the main entrance to the pavilion is a large terrace with a view of the sea and the sailings clubs harbour area.
The entrance to the pavilion has a ramp for easy wheelchair access. For next years season 2020, a disabled persons toilet will also be added.

In addition to theater performances, concerts, small fairs, and various customer events are also organized in the premises of the Finnish City Theater (Vaasan kaupunginteatteri). The premises offer modern meeting technology as well as versatile stage technology.
The Romeo hall has 370 seats and the Julia hall approximately 100 seats. In the theater restaurant Kulma, there are a total of 140 customer seats. The theater’s lower and upper foyer also offer spaces that can be adapted according to various needs and events.
