Café operator selected for Onkilahdenpuisto Park

A tenant for the café in Onkilahdenpuisto Park was sought through an auction held on the Huutokaupat.com platform from 9 to 19 May 2025.

An auction offered the simplest and quickest way to proceed in a situation where launching the operation was time-critical.

The starting price for the auction was €600. A total of 5 bids were received, with the highest bid reaching €3050. The highest bid won the auction, and N H M Nasim Sarker was selected as the café operator.

The tenancy agreement is due to be signed on 27 May. The café is planned to open on 1 June.
