Give your opinion and respond to the public transport customer survey!

Residents' opinions on the performance of Vaasa and Mustasaari's joint public transport, Lifti, are being collected again through a yearly customer survey. The survey opens on 28 July, and by responding, you can influence the development of public transport in the Vaasa region.
The purpose of the customer survey is to collect passengers’ experiences on different aspects of public transport services such as timetables, cleanliness of buses, customer service, and the route planner. This survey is similar to those carried out in previous years in order to ensure that the responses can be compared.
This year, we especially hope to receive responses from children under the age of 15, as the results will also be used in the Child-Friendly Municipality initiative.

or by filling in a paper questionnaire at one of the following service points:
- Lifti Service Point, Rewell Shopping Centre, 2nd floor.
- Citizen Services at Tammipiha
- Vähäkyrö joint customer service point at Vähäkyrö-talo
- Lifti Service Point at Mustasaari.
The questionnaire will be open for three weeks until 17 August 2025.
