Service interruption affects city services on September 3

On Wednesday 3 September 2025 there will be a service interruption in the Vaasa city’s IT services affecting services between 3 pm and 7 pm.

The city’s telephone switchboard will close at 3 pm. The cash services at the joint service point are not available. Postal services can be paid for in cash.
All library units close at 3 pm and the mobile library Hilda will not drive its afternoon route. 

E-services and chat services will be unavailable.
