The auction for ice cream sales spots is now underway

Vaasa’s ice cream sales locations for summer 2026 are now up for auction on huutokaupat.com. This year, a new sales location has been added at Kasarmintori.

There are a total of four ice cream sales locations up for auction. The links below lead directly to the auction website:

Poropuisto Park

Kasarmi (Barracks area)

Sisäsatama (Inner Harbour)

Ruutikellarintie

The auctions will close on either 29 or 30 January, depending on the location. The starting price for each sales location is €500, and the highest bidder will be able to rent the location from the city for a maximum of three years at a time.

A single operator may rent no more than two locations.
