The first ice rinks have opened in Huutoniemi, Variska and Vöyrinkaupunki

The first ice rinks have opened in Vaasa. The ice rinks in Huutoniemi, Variska and Vöyrinkaupunki were opened on Wednesday 7 January.

Other ice rinks are also currently being frozen.  

At the currently open ice rinks, changing rooms are available and the lights are on.  

Up-to-date information on the condition of all ice rinks, ski trails and slopes in Vaasa is available on the city’s ski, ice rink, and slope info page (in Finnish and Swedish).  

At present, ice rinks are not cleared outside working hours.
