Do you want to open a pop-up business in Vaasa city center?

Now you have a unique opportunity! For the first time, a pop-up area is available for rent on Vaasa’s lively pedestrian street. The rental area is approximately 100 m² and is located on the street area at Hovioikeudenpuistikko 13. The area is rented for the summer season, from 1 May to 30 September. The rent is €600 per month, VAT 0%.

Technical information about the pop-up area and terms

• A sales point of no more than 10 m² may be placed outside the rented area.
• The maximum number of customer seats within the rented area is 50.
• The tenant is responsible for furnishing the area and keeping the are clean.
• The tenant is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits, notifications, and insurance.
• The nearest water point is located at the Market Square, behind Café Amore.
• A greywater container is available at the Market Square.
• The tenant will receive access to a key for the waste container (combustible waste) at the Market Square.
• The tenant is responsible for signing an electricity agreement with Vaasa Electricity.
• Electrical cables must be protected and clearly marked on the ground, for example with warning posts, so that they are visible and do not obstruct maintenance or cleaning, and so that passers-by are not at risk of tripping.
