Whole family's living room Studio Puddle
Studio Puddle is located on the first floor of the main library in the multipurpose space Matilda. It is a cozy event space designed for families with children. In October, the Raippaluoto sea monster swam in and transformed the studio into an underwater world. Studio Puddle is open throughout October during the library’s opening hours.

The Puddle board game
The decorations in Studio Puddle have been created together with classes 2A and 2H from Onkilahden yhtenäiskoulu. They crafted a seascape for the windows and placed Puddle’s animals on the windowsills.
The Christian School has also taken part: grades 1–2 diligently crocheted sea plants, while grades 3–4 made wonderful starfish and jellyfish. Grades 6 and 8 created a mysterious soundscape for Studio Puddle. One 7th grader designed a mascot for Studio Puddle, and students in grades 8–9 brought the Raippaluoto sea monster to life.
The Vaasa City Youth Services’ summer artists have also contributed by making props.
