Prize draw organiser

The prize draw is organised by the City of Vaasa, Wellbeing Services, PO Box 3 (Vaasanpuistikko 10), 65101 Vaasa 

Competition period

The competition period is from September 30th to November 30th, 2026. 

Prizes

Among all respondents, we will draw tickets to the Vaasa City Theatre and services provided by the City of Vaasa Sports Services. 

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a third party. If the prize draw winner is under 18 years old, the booking and prize must be used with an adult. 

The draw

The prize will be drawn by December 15th, 2026, among all those who have left their contact information via the survey website before the closing date.  

Winners will be notified personally, and arrangements for receiving the prize will be agreed directly with the winner. Any unredeemed prizes will be re-drawn if the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) weeks, based on the contact information provided by the winner. 

If a winner cannot be reached using the contact details provided within two (2) weeks, the unclaimed prize will be redrawn. 

Use contact information

Participants are asked to provide their contact information so that winners can be contacted. Contact information will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted after the prize has been handed over. 

Liability of the prize draw organiser

The City of Vaasa/Wellbeing Services limits its liability to the prizes that are the subject of the draw. 

By accepting the prize, the recipient releases the organiser from any liability arising from, or alleged to arise from, participation in the prize draw or the claiming or use of the prize.  

Other terms

These official rules apply to all participants. By participating in this prize draw, participants agree to comply with these rules and with the decisions of the organiser. 

If for any reason the winner of the prize does not wish to receive the prize, the organiser of the draw has the right to draw a new winner. If a prize winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize for any reason, the organiser reserves the right to draw a new winner. 

Any ambiguities relating to the application or interpretation of these rules shall be resolved by the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the prize draw if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary. The organiser is not responsible for any verified misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity related to the prize draw.
