Despite Everything

After four years of art studies, we have arrived at a shared insight. It all begins within us. The honesty that can feel so fragile in its nakedness must be born in darkness in order to emerge into the light. Among the artworks are ink drawings, video art, paintings, and textile art. We process anxiety and confront ourselves—alone, yet together. We strive for a new future or for something we long for and may never have had.

Despite Everything is a graduation exhibition on the border between the dreamed, the longed-for, and the not yet attained.
