I paint the abundance and impermanence present in our time, and the parallel realities, the separate narratives, the real and unreal moments that are tied to our starting points.
In my paintings, I explore the tensions of control and release, our built-in carnivalesque behaviour and the many forms of love that we use to navigate the reality we know. I interpret what I see in a playfully pointed way.
