The seven-piece band celebrates its 10th anniversary with the “10 Years of Honey” tour!
Mimie Moore is a surprising acoustic trio of three women (Elina Brooks, Maija Kurki, and Saana Trygg-Nevanlinna). In Mimie Moore’s works, moods are wildly explored without avoiding even the quirkiest shades, as rich harmonized vocals resonate through every nuance of humor and seriousness. The band’s unique, rootsy sound, featuring vocals, bucket bass, accordion, and washboard, adds a touch of the old world to their new music. Known for their stage charisma, Mimie Moore tells stories through their music about humanity navigating life’s waves, sensitively and boldly, without hiding big emotions. In 2024, it will have been ten years since the band began performing, and to celebrate, they are organizing a jubilee tour: “10 Years of Honey.” The concerts on the tour will be performed by an expanded lineup.
