Port of Vaasa Open Gates as part of Vaasas 420th anniversary

Interested in the Port of Vaasa? Vaasa is celebrating its 420-year history, and we're opening our gates to all residents
This is a unique opportunity to learn about the port’s history, present day and future plans on a guided bus tour.
The bus departs from City Hall (Senaatinkatu 1, 65100 Vaasa) on Saturday 3 October 2026, twice: at 11.00 am and 12.30 pm. The bus holds 65 people per departure, so sign up early.
The tour will be guided by Helvi Riihimäki, Vaasa-Mustasaari oppaat ry. Guidance is offered in both Finnish and Swedish.
