Exercise, flexibility, self-discipline, self defense and balance. Kung-fu is a versatile sport that offers something to everyone.

Now we’re starting a summer course for beginners! First practice is on June 10th but you can also start at a later date if you can’t make it. We practice twice a week for three months.
