What are TED and TEDx?
About TED: TED is a global non-profit organization devoted to “Ideas Worth Spreading.” It began as a conference bringing together Technology, Entertainment, and Design, and today covers topics spanning science, business, arts, and global issues in over 100 languages.
About TEDx: In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED created TEDx, a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At TEDxVaasa, video talks and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection right here in our community. TEDxVaasa 2027 will be the fifth TEDx event held in Vaasa.
