Vasas birthday: free entry to Kuntsi and the Old Vaasa Museum is open

Celebrating Vaasa’s 420th anniversary
On 2 October 2026, it will be 420 years since the city of Vaasa was founded, and the museums are celebrating this by offering free admission to the Kuntsi Museum of Modern Art and the newly opened photography exhibition Marja Pirilä – Camera Obscura. In addition, the Old Vaasa Museum will be open to mark the occasion, also with free admission.
Both museums are open from 10.00 to 17.00.
