WYRD: AN ESOTERIC EXHIBITION IV

Article categories: Museums & Folklore

The exhibition consists of three esoteric paintings and sound art.

The works in the exhibition have been inspired by the Theosophist’s Pekka Ervasti’s work “The Key to the Kalevala” and more specifically the Holy Trinity found in there:

VÄINÄMÖINEN, divine will, father
LEMMINKÄINEN, divine love, son
ILMARINEN, divine intellect / consciousness, holy spirit

The exhibition consists of three esoteric paintings and sound art. Our goal is to create a personal viewing experience where viewers can peacefully dig into different parts of the work. The purpose of the exhibition is to convey to the viewer a space to experience the sanctity. The works are intended to be meditative and healing and they are experienced alone. We are interested in how the simultaneous experience of two art forms that use different senses can contribute to a return to oneself and one’s own center, creativity, relaxation of mind and body and a positive relationship with the world.
