(price 9€), on their first purchase. The same bracelet can be topped up with new tickets. The electronic bracelet is not redeemable. The bracelet is given a two-year technical warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The buyer of a multi-ticket and/or monthly card is responsible for the bracelet purchased and the number of swimming credits loaded onto it.

Barcelet is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Keep receipt of your purchase, as the information on it will allow you to terminate the credit on a lost bracelet and possibly get a bracelet back to the rightful owner.

Lost multi-tickets and monthly cards.

As of April 1, 2019, a lost multi-ticket or monthly card can be renewed for the customer against a purchase receipt. Bracelets up to two years old (monthly cards only during the validity period) are renewed.

A renewal fee of 20 € (incl. VAT) will be charged, which includes a new bracelet. The reloading will be made within one week at the customer’s request. At the same time, the lost bracelet is removed from the system.

Tickets for the Vaasa swimming hall (serial tickets and single tickets) are also available in the swimming hall’s online store. Go to the online store

To purchase serial tickets, you will need a swimming wristband, available at the Vaasa swimming hall’s service point.

You can purchase a single ticket from the swimming hall’s online store when the service point is closed, for example. You can use your own wristband or the disposable wristbands available at the service point.

• Morning swim: 1 / 10 / 30 / 50 visits / monthly pass
• Adult: 1 / 10 / 30 / 50 visits / monthly pass
• Pensioner: 1 / 10 / 30 / 50 visits / monthly pass
• Student: 10 / 30 / 50 visits / monthly pass
• Child: 13–17 years: 1 / 10 / 30 / 50 visits / monthly pass
• Child 4–12 years: 1 / 10 / 20 visits
• The wristband required for purchasing and uploading serial tickets must be bought from the swimming hall’s service point.

To use the online store, you will need:

• A swimming wristband purchased from the Vaasa swimming hall (for serial tickets and single tickets) or a disposable wristband (for single tickets).
• A computer or mobile device with an internet connection.
• Online banking credentials or a credit card to pay for your purchase.

How to buy a serial ticket online:

• Go to the online store
• Select ‘Download tickets to wristband’
• Enter the wristband’s serial number.
• Select the product and click/tap the ‘Next’
• Read the online store’s terms and conditions carefully and continue.
• Accept the order and enter your e-mail address to receive the order confirmation for your purchase. Accept and proceed to payment.
• The product you have purchased will be automatically uploaded to the wristband when you scan it at the swimming hall’s entrance gate.
• Please note:
  • The purchase will be uploaded to the wristband during the next scan at the swimming hall, but no sooner than one hour after the purchase. You must upload the tickets to the wristband at the swimming hall’s scan point within 30 days.
  • You can check the number of remaining products on the wristband when passing through the entrance gate or by asking at the swimming hall’s service point.
  • You can upload a new serial ticket even if you haven’t used up the old one.
  • Any products loaded onto the wristband are valid for 2 years from the purchase date.
  • Online uploads can only be paid for with a bank or credit card. The online store does not accept payments via ePassi or Smartum, for example.

How to buy a single ticket online:

1. Go to the online store
2. Select ‘Buy a single ticket using a QR code’.
3. Select a product.
4. Read the online store’s terms and conditions carefully and continue.
5. Accept and proceed to payment.
6. After a successful purchase, the QR code will be displayed on your phone screen and sent to your e-mail along with the receipt.
7. You can use the QR code displayed on your phone screen immediately after purchase, or later via e-mail at the wristband exchange point.

How to load the single ticket onto the wristband at the sales point:

1. Place the QR code under the scanner.
2. The scanner will guide you on how to upload the QR ticket onto the wristband.
3. The wristband is now activated and ready for use.
4. Please note! The QR code can only be used once, so do not lose it or share it with anyone.

Disabled and pensioner organizations are granted a 50% discount on the rental of the sauna and meeting rooms.
