Break in the Processing of Start-Up Grant Applications in July

Employment Services will not process start-up grant applications between 6 July and 17 July 2026. This may delay decisions if an application is submitted just before or during the processing break.

Remember to submit your start-up grant application before starting full-time business operations. You may begin your business activities immediately after submitting the application, but you do so at your own risk.

If you are planning to start a business during the summer, act early and submit your application well in advance of July.
