New service point to present activities in Tammipiha on Thursday, 15 June

The City of Vaasa’s service point, which opened at the beginning of the year, invites residents to get to know their new premises. Citizen Services (Kansalaisinfo), Welcome Office and the Ohjaamo Vaasa youth guidance centre will present their activities.
Time: Thursday 15 June from 16:00 – 18:00
Place: Tammipiha, Teräksenkuja 1
In the courtyard of Tammipiha, it is possible to answer a customer survey, for which the first 50 respondents will be given a gift. It is also possible to buy popular Strömsö shirts and Vaasa tote bags at the event. The summer artists of the City of Vaasa will be there to create a nice atmosphere during the event. The programme will be moved indoors if it is raining on the day.
The idea of a common service point was born out of the desire of residents to find several services at the same location, as it gives the opportunity to develop the residents’ customer service experience. In the common spaces, you can find the service point of the City of Vaasa, Citizen Services (Kansalaisinfo), the Welcome Office counselling service for immigrants, and the youth counselling service Ohjaamo Vaasa. In addition to the services of the City of Vaasa, Kela can also be found at the same place.
