Öjberget opens on 22 January

Vaasa’s winter sports centre Öjberget will open two of its main slopes and the children’s slope on 22 January 2026. Tickets are conveniently available from the online store.
On Thursday 22 January, the A and B slopes and the children’s slope will open. The C slope will open as soon as possible, with the opening announced separately.
Starting 22 January, the slopes will be open on weekdays from 17 to 20.30 and on weekends from 11 to 17.
Buy tickets online or at the vending machine
If you already have a Snowcard pass, you can buy Öjberget ski lift tickets online at https://snowcard.fi/#/en. You can also pay using Epassi in the online store.
Ski lift tickets can also be loaded onto the card on site at the ticket vending machine at Öjberget.
The following tickets are available online:
- Season ticket €172
- One-day ticket €23
- 5-hour ticket €16
- 2-hour ticket €13
- Please note: the physical Snowcard ski pass for loading ski lift tickets cannot be purchased from the online store.
The Snowcard ski pass can be purchased:
- On site at Öjberget from the ticket vending machine (ski lift tickets can also be loaded onto the card at the machine).
- From the Vaasa Swimming Hall ticket counter. Please note that only physical cards can be purchased at the swimming hall; ski lift tickets cannot be loaded onto the card there.
Öjberget also has a live webcam, allowing you to follow the activity on the slopes in real time.
