Route changes for Lifti’s bus line 7

There will be weekend changes to the route of Lifti line 7, which will take effect on March 4, 2024. The changes aim to make it easier to keep to the timetable.
As for Saturdays, some of the departures of line 7 will be changed to the 7K route that goes via Kivihaantie. All Sunday departures that start in Liisanlehto will also be driving the 7K route via Kivihaantie.
At the moment, all departures over the weekend go via Metsäkallio, regardless of the direction (leaving from the city centre or leaving from Liisanlehto).
Bus 7 routes on Saturdays as of March 4, 2024:
Route: Länsiniitty–City Centre–Liisanlehto
- Via Metsäkallio: Saturday departures between 6.55 and 12.05
- Via Kivihaantie: Saturday departures between 13.05 and 22.05
Route: Liisanlehto–City Centre–Länsiniitty
- Via Kivihaantie: Saturday departures between 6.20 and 11.30
- Via Metsäkallio: Saturday departures between 12.30 and 22.30
Bus 7 routes on Sundays as of March 4, 2024:
- Länsiniitty–Keskusta–Liisanlehto: all Sunday departures will go via Metsäkallio.
- Liisanlehto–Keskusta–Länsiniitty: all Sunday departures will go via Kivihaanantie.
