Seeking a new tenant for Matkakeskus premises

The City of Vaasa is currently in search of a new tenant for the Matkakeskus premises located on Ratakatu. With a total area of 431 m², this space, previously occupied by Matkahuolto, is now available for rent.
The Matkakeskus premises are situated by the Vaasa railway station and offer a versatile combination of commercial, office, social, and storage areas. Matkahuolto, the former tenant, vacated the premises last year.
Constructed in 2009 to align with Matkahuolto’s requirements at the time, the site has a storage area with a ceiling height of approximately five meters, ideal for receiving goods.
In addition to the primary space, the lease includes the use of six customer parking spaces within the adjacent traffic area. While the staircase and lift located at the building’s end are not part of the rental area, they can be used for convenient access to the second floor.
