Where do you get information about Vaasa? What do you think of Vaasa’s image? Through a communication and marketing survey aimed at residents, we’re now gathering information on how the City of Vaasa’s communication works and how it can be developed. The survey is open until August 9.
Vaasa residents are provided with information about city matters through several channels. Our main channels are our own website and social media channels. We aim to spread information as widely as possible through active media communications. Marketing campaigns seek to raise awareness of various messages among residents and strengthen the city’s target image. By responding to the survey, you can share your views on which channels reach people most effectively and what perceptions residents have of Vaasa.
The survey helps develop services
Resident surveys provide an important channel for gathering direct feedback and strengthening residents’ opportunities to participate and influence. The survey now open focuses specifically on the city’s communication and marketing:
- how well information about city services reaches residents
- which communication channels work best
- what Vaasa looks like through the eyes of its residents.

The survey responses will be used to develop the City of Vaasa’s communication and marketing as well as the shared brand of the Vaasa region. Every response is valuable.
