Vaasa Swimming Hall closed 12 June

Vaasa Swimming Hall will be closed to the public Friday 12 June 2026, due to swimming competitions. On Thursday 11 June, the swimming hall will close early at 16.30.

On 12–14 June, the swimming hall will host the age group championships for swimmers aged 13 to 16. Consequently, both the pools and the gym will be closed.

Around 450 children and young people are expected to take part in the competitions.

The championships are organised by Vaasan uimaseura swimming club together with the Finnish Swimming Federation.

During Midsummer week, the swimming hall will close at 6:00 PM on Thursday, June 18. The swimming hall will be closed on Friday, June 19.
