Työkuntoa ja Elinvoimaa Osallisuudesta (TEO)

In our society, increasing number of people are in danger of marginalizing due of different mental and/or physical disorders, unemployment or other reasons. Especially people, who are unemployed, run a big risk of exclusion in the society and involvement in their own life is reduced. The main aim of this project is to improve the opportunities of risk groups for inclusion and wellbeing. The target group are people living in Vaasa within age 17-64 outside working markets. The target of the project will be reached through following actions
1) Offer meaningful activities to the target group. Include the target group in planning, budgeting, executing and developing the activities together with service providers. 2) Increase inclusion and welfare by offering different level of digitalization training for the target group. The developed training model is piloted in this project. 3) Create a common service guidance model used by all service providers to enable easy access to services and to give the target group better picture of services available for them. This development work will be achieved using service design. The tool will be piloted, further developed and implemented.
