VOLTAGE is a transformative and forward-looking project that promotes innovation in the dynamic and growing battery industry. Through strategic collaboration with partners, the project places a strong emphasis on vocational training to meet the ever-evolving needs of the sector. With a long-term vision in mind, VOLTAGE aims to create a skilled workforce capable of contributing to the future development of the battery sector. At the heart of the project is the creation of Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs). By fostering strong industry partnerships, VOLTAGE will create a platform where knowledge, expertise and resources are combined, facilitating the seamless integration of vocational education and training into the battery sector. A key focus of the project is capacity building for VET providers and teachers. Through training and professional development initiatives, VOLTAGE will provide trainers with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively train the next generation of battery professionals. With the green and digital transition taking place in Europe, VOLTAGE will play a key role in accelerating these transformational processes. The project will develop innovative approaches to training and collaborative platforms to deliver cutting-edge training experiences. VOLTAGE also recognizes the importance of strategic dissemination activities to maximize its impact. By sharing best practices, success stories and project results, the project aims to inspire stakeholders, policy makers and the wider community. Ultimately, VOLTAGE envisions a future where regional and international cooperation in the battery industry flourishes with a skilled and knowledgeable vocational training workforce.
