Artisans' Evening with work demonstrations and smoke sauna
On Wednesday 29th of July, the Artisans’ Evening will take place at Stundars.
The smoke sauna will also be heated for our visitors! Come and sit on the sauna benches and enjoy an atmospheric and historic bath experience. A sauna host will be on hand to assist you.

Please bring your own towel. No outside drinks are permitted; water is available on site.
The sauna session is included in the admission fee for the museum and the Artisans’ Evening (10/8/5€, children aged 0–1 enter free of charge). Stundars is a Museum Card Target.
The Artisans’ Evening takes place on Wednesday 29.7 from 17:00 to 20:00, after the museum’s usual opening hours. During the Artisans’ Evening, the museum village will be filled with local artisans, who will be demonstrating their craftsmanship. We will also be baking rye bread and pastries, and we’ll be grilling sausages.
There will be a demonstration on how a Korsnäs jumper is made, using multi-coloured crochet and knitting techniques. A guided tour will be held at the exhibition “With Paints & Bricks”.
