Edlevo – Anvisningar till vårdnadshavare (TiD-inloggning)

Who is this instruction intended for?

This instruction is for you if you cannot log in to Edlevo using Suomi.fi authentication (for example, if you do not have Finnish online banking credentials or a mobile certificate).
In this case, you will be given an external TiD username, which allows you to access Edlevo. 

How do I request a TiD username? 

Fill in the application form for a TiD username.  

• Fill in the online form. Link to the online form
• Or contact your child’s early childhood education and care (ECEC) unit and complete a paper application form.

Present an identity document and a document proving guardianship (for example, a birth certificate, a guardianship decision, or an extract from the Register of Guardianship Affairs from the Digital and Population Data Services Agency DVV). You can present these to Early Childhood Education Service Guidance staff or to the director of your child’s daycare unit.  

How do I activate the username? 

The username will be sent to the email address you have provided. 

You will receive two pieces of information in your email: 

• Your TiD username 
• A temporary password 

First login 

1. Open the link leading to the Edlevo TiD self‑service portal that you received by email.  
2. Enter your TiD username and the temporary password. 
3. Change the password to a new password of your own choosing. 
4. After creating the new password, you can login to Edlevo.  
5. Log in with the new password. 

If you experience any problems logging in: 

1. Make sure you have entered the username and password correctly. 
2. Clear your browser cache and try again. 
3. Try another browser (for example, Chrome or Edge).
