The purpose of the customer survey is to collect passengers’ experiences on different aspects of public transport services such as timetables, cleanliness of buses, customer service, and the route planner. This survey is similar to those carried out in previous years in order to ensure that the responses can be compared.
The survey can be completed at: https://link.webropolsurveys.com/S/E3046EDD333215F2
or by filling in a paper questionnaire at one of the following service points:
- Lifti Service Point, Rewell Shopping Centre, 2nd floor.
- Citizen Services at Tammipiha
- Vähäkyrö joint customer service point at Vähäkyrö-talo
The questionnaire will be open for three weeks until 20 August 2023.
