Work and hobby spaces will become available for rent at Culture House Fanny from 1 August 2026. The spaces will be brought back into use following the building’s renovation and will be rented primarily to cultural practitioners and organisations.
Four spaces of varying sizes will be available. The largest space is 57.5 m² and the smallest 14.5 m², while the other two spaces are 44 m² and 25.5 m². The rent is €6 per m². The spaces will primarily be rented to cultural practitioners and organisations.
Three of the spaces are located on the second floor, which does not have step-free access. The spaces do not have their own water supply. Interested applicants can view the spaces on Wednesday 15 July and Friday 17 July, from 15–17.
Regular bookings for the function hall at Culture House Fanny will also be available from 1 August. The building’s facilities can also be rented for meetings, celebrations, and events.
Thanks to the renovation of Culture House Fanny, the facilities are now safer, more comfortable, and able to accommodate larger audiences. The renovation included upgrades to the electrical systems, ventilation, and toilet facilities.
Culture House Fanny is managed by the City of Vaasa’s Culture and Library Services and offers a venue for a wide range of events and leisure activities. The building is located at Kirkkopuistikko 34, Vaasa.
