Purpose of processing personal data

Personal data collected in the Communications and marketing survey will be processed for the following purposes: to contact participants and to enter the prize draw.

The register processes, among other data, the following personal information:
Participants in the campaign: name and email address.
The main systems used: Microsoft 365, Webropol.

Ground for processing

Agreement
An agreement is formed when a person indicates that they wish to participate in the prize draw in connection with the survey.

Consent
Providing personal data is voluntary. However, to enter the prize draw, participants must provide their contact details. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. The right to withdraw consent does not apply to the retention of data required by law.

Data storage periods
