VEO employees are never left alone

VEO, one row added to the list of good employers in Vaasa.

In the same way as many Vaasa companies, VEO directly enables the advancement of the green transition through its operations. But VEO does not only do good for the environment. It is also a good environment. Right from the start. For VEO, investing in onboarding its employees seems to be a matter of the heart.

And the positive effects seem to be undeniable.

“Our employees have taken on a role in everyday onboarding, and we have increased the time spent on initial onboarding to include training tasks. Onboarding is an important part of the work community’s support for new employees in their new roles.
Visa Yliluoma, Production Director | VEO

And even after onboarding, the employee does not remain alone. On the contrary. The colleague is taken care of. They care. Whether it is forgotten snacks or even building work.  VEO is clearly not just a name on a payslip for its employees.

And this is only the tip of the iceberg.  Thousands of good deeds are done in Vaasa. At work and in free time. Small and big, for loved ones and strangers. Citizens even collect their good deeds in a counter: yearofgooddeeds.fi
