Book the event space Venny

First check the room’s availability in Venny’s booking calender.

The event space Venny is located on the second floor of the main library, and it can be rented for smaller events and meetings. Venny is an open space within the general library premises, not a closed meeting space.

Venny can be booked via the online form or by phone. The space can be booked free of charge for non-commercial purposes.

Venny fits approximately 40 people. The space is suitable for catering (small-scale, no alcohol). The booker is responsible for cleaning up after the event.

  • The booker must use their own computer.
  • The booker may use the available 65” television to which the computer can be connected with a HDMI cable.
  • No sound system is available for this space.
