Dance-musicmix
The Dance Music Mix is designed for children aged 5–6 years. In all mix groups, dancing, and music-making are combined, and the children get to experience and enjoy both art forms. Classes are offered in Vaasa and, when possible, also in Laihia.
The groups are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is room in the groups, students can also join in during the course of the academic year.

Aplication period and admission to Kuula-institute
The registration period for new students is primarily 11.4.-12.5.2024. If there is room in the groups, new students can also be admitted during the school year.
Registration is made in the Kuula-opisto’s Wilma registration program. Student places are filled in registration order.
At the end of the spring, we will send instructions regarding continued registration to those who are already music playschool students with us.
We will send information at the start of the autumn about the music playschool’s times and the teachers by the end of August at the latest.
Dance-musicmix for 5-year olds
For 5-year-olds (born in 2019), classes during the academic year 2024–2025 will take place in eight-week periods. Each session is 45 minutes long and led by a music teacher specialised in children’s music and movement. The eight-week periods repeat at different times throughout the academic year at the Vaasa teaching location, making it possible for families to choose the most suitable time to enrol their child. Dance-musicmix for 6-year olds
For 6-year-olds (born in 2018), classes will be provided once a week for 60 minutes throughout the academic year. Our dance and music educators collaborate in teaching the children. Enroll your 6-year-old in Dance Music Mix via Kuula-opisto’s Wilma platform.
Dance-musicmix for 5-6 year olds Laihia
In Laihia, all 5–6-year-old children are taught in one group. Classes last 60 minutes, and they are given weekly throughout the academic year.
