Swedish speaking artists in Ostrobothinia at Black Box Genesis Art Space_4 May - 1 June 2020
Dear Artists,
the Call which will give you the opportunity to exhibit at our Art Space in the city of Vaasa, between 2020 – 2021 (the period is between autumn and winter, dates to be established ), is officially open!
• Who are we looking for?
Three professional artists and a fine arts student who have a connection with the region of Ostrobothnia (Swedish speaking).
• For what?
For the selected there is the possibility of having personal exhibition (1 artist) or participating in a collective exhibition (2 professionals + 1 student).
• What we offer?
Each performance will last for one month and no fee from the artist is required.
We follow both the curatorial, organizational, technical/practical part and we keep the space open in the hours provided by the current time table.
• What do you need to send?
Send to our e-mail blackboxgenesis@gmail.com your updated Curriculum Vitae, a brief presentation and 5 to 10 images (in a single pdf file) about recent art works and artistic projects.
deadline 1st June until 15:00!
The exhibition project, selection of the art works and other details, will be agreed after choosing the artists and a preliminary meeting.
