A talk by wildlife photographer Dirk Hoffmann
Before travelling to Canada, Dirk Hoffmann’s niece Lotta had one simple request: a photograph of a moose. What seemed like an easy task turned into a search that eventually led him to discover his love for wildlife photography.
Originally from Germany and now studying at the Outdoor Academy in Kronoby, Dirk shares his wildlife photographs and the stories behind them, from encounters close to home to adventures in remote wilderness. His talk explores the patience of searching for a particular animal, the excitement of unexpected encounters, and the joy of discovering nature through the camera lens.
